See below pricing for both Fixed and On-premise call out services. Please note these cover a few specific examples of services provided, and not every IT or Smart Tech related issue / question for assistance can be covered in the example prices.

If a service below isn’t mentioned please get in touch via the Contact Page or WhatsApp, it may be something as simple as “I’m trying to send an email but the images are too big and it won’t send, please help?”

We’re happy to assist in the for free in the first instance with initial questions and if required will will offer available expert service, and will adjust fees for such circumstances based on your requirements.

Smart Device Services

The below smart device services will likely require an up to 1 Hour On-Premise visit to be able to setup the device, in the case of Smart watches, phones and tablets, a drop off service, or a we-collect and return service can be arranged dependant on distance for an extra fee.

Computer Services

The computer services below will likely require an up to 90 minute On-Premise visit, but dependant on the speed of your Computer and required Internet connection this may unfortunately go beyond the initial 90 minute block and will then be chargeable at a rate of £29.99 per 30 min blocks thereafter. Prices remain fixed as seen for a drop off service, or a we-collect and return service can be arranged dependant on distance for an extra fee.
